Montys' cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy wood heater in the living room with glass sliding doors opening out on to the deck, a perfect spot to enjoy a drink in the evening watching the fish rise on the lake.
The cabin has three double bedrooms offering a variety of configurations. The modern kitchen and bathroom mean you can enjoy all the comforts of home on your wilderness adventure. Truly the best of both worlds! Set on 3000 acres, half of which is a federally funded forest conservation area supporting endangered flora and fauna, Twin Lakes has breathtaking views.
Many bush trails on the property make an ideal place for walking and mountain bike riding and an abundant wildlife population makes it the prefect place for nature lovers.
Tasmania offers a great variety of tourist attractions for the non fishing guests that accompany you to Twin Lakes.
Being only an hour from Hobart there is plenty of sightseeing to enjoy. The historic Port Arthur is a must see and is only an hour away. Many of Tasmania's wonderful wineries are within driving distance and of course the famous Salamanca market held every Saturday is only 50 minutes away.
