BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to confirm a booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total value. Upon receipt, your booking will be secured and a unique reservation number issued. In the event of cancellation, Twin Lakes will apply the following fees: Cancellations made 30-7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the value of the total stay. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, or failure to arrive, a charge of 100% will be incurred. Should we successfully resell the booking, all charges incurred will be refunded in full.
